The Mountain West knows that the Fresno State Bulldogs are in the NCAA tournament, but now it is up to the selection committee to determine their seed, location and opponent. According to the most up-to-date bracket projections, Fresno State is pegged anywhere from an 11-14 seed for the tournament.
There's also the slight possibility that, even with their loss in the title game, the San Diego State Aztecs earn an at-large bid, making the conference a two-bid league after weeks of consternation. At worst, they're considering among the first handful of teams on the outside looking into the field, so the SDSU faithful will want to watch, fingers crossed and breath held.
