Conference play is starting to begin in the Mountain West with two league games this week, and the first game of the weekend is Friday night with Boise State traveling to the East Coast to take on Virginia.
One thing to look forward this weeks is that there are no late kicks, the final game to start is UNLV hosting Idaho State at 6 p.m. Pacific Time.
The conference games between New Mexico at Wyoming and Fresno State at San Jose State should finally give everyone an idea of the conference pecking order.
Also, there are some good measuring stick games against fellow Group of Five teams, and maybe we can hope for an upset on a few of these -- looking at you San Diego State.
