2017 RB Chance Bell Verbally Commits to San Diego State University

Chance Bell tweeted that he is "100% committed to be an Aztec."

Chance Bell, a three-star, 5' 10" 180 running back from John Burroughs High School in Burbank, California, has made a verbal commit to San Diego State.

Chance Bell expressed excitement over accepting a full scholarship to SDSU on Twitter, stating he is "100% committed to be an Aztec", and has stated that, in addition to football, he intends to make academics a focus.

Set to graduate in 2017, Bell chose to attend San Diego State over Iowa State and University of Illinois, and roughly eight other programs.  As a junior, Chance Bell rushed for 1378 yards and made 23 touchdowns.

His strengths include speed, vision and a solid cutback ability, all of which caught the attention of Aztecs Assistant Head Coach Jeff Horton.
