2016 UNLV Football Recruiting: WR C.J. Harris makes verbal commitment to Rebels

Speedy receiver C.J. Harris of Redlands, California commits to Rebels.

UNLV head coach Tony Sanchez beefed up his 2016 recruiting class this week, landing wide receiver C.J. Harris of Redlands, California.

Harris is the fifth verbal commitment to the 2016 UNLV class. A season ago he caught 58 passes for 862 yards and 10 touchdowns. Harris chose UNLV over UNR according to the San Bernardino Sun. It's the Rebels commitment to throw the ball that attracted the wide receiver to Las Vegas.

"I will fit right in because they throw the ball," he said. "That is what I am all about. Catching the ball and scoring touchdowns."
