The top three spots in the Week 8 Mid-Major top 10 poll remain the same with Fresno State taking four of the five first place votes, the other goes to Northern Illinois and in third place is 6-1 Ball State.
Some movers in the poll are Wyoming who made the big leap by moving up three spots to No. 6 and are ahead of BYU. On the other end of the spectrum is East Carolina who went from No. 4 to No. 9 after losing to Tulane 36-33. Speaking of Tulane, they are now No. 8 and moved up one spot from last week.c
Voting this week was comprised of one ballot from each of the following blogs: UB Bull Run (Buffalo), Cowboy Altitude (Wyoming), Miner Rush (UTEP), Mountain West Connection (MWC) and Hustle Belt (MAC).
