There are five televised Mountain West games this week, and it starts with San Diego State traveling to Air Force which will be played despite the government shutdown.
The rest of the games will shape the conference race and the best game still should be Boise State at Utah State, even without Chuckie Keeton for the Aggies.
Wyoming will be tested to the extreme when they host New Mexico and their r7n heavy attack. UNLV is looking to win four straight games and get closer to possibly earning a bowl bid.
San Jose State and Colorado State will be intriguing since San Jose State can put up a lot passing yards, yet they struggle to stop the run and that is what Colorado State excels at.
