Week 10 Mountain West football TV guide

There are six games this week with five conference games with one non-conference games.

Jesse Johnson-USA TODAY Sports

This week in Mountain West play there are five league games and one out of conference game. The one non-conference game is Army at Air Force and begins at the extremely early hour of 10 a.m. locally when Air Force takes on Army in the second league of the Commander-In-Chief trophy. Hopefully all of the cadets get a good night's sleep for this game.

The rest of the games will impact the conference race and/or bowl eligibility. The biggest game is probably Boise State Colorado State because the winner of this game has the inside track to winning the Mountain Division and earning a berth in the Mountain West title game.

Utah State can stay in the Mountain Division race if they can defeat Hawaii at home Saturday afternoon, and the Aggies would really be helpful if Colorado State were to upset Boise State.

San Jose State at UNLV is a big game that can determine if the Rebels can earn a bowl bid for the first time since 2000. For the Spartans it will get them to five games and one step closer for earning back-to-back bowl bids for the first time since 1986-87 seasons.

Fresno State takes on Nevada and needs to get back to blowing out opponents and not squeak by teams with losing records, and impress the voters and computers.
