Air Force is hosting Nevada in a very important Mountain West matchup. Both teams are 3-1, and the winner will stay on pace with Boise State atop the Mountain West.
However, Air Force is possibly going to be without starting running back Cody Getz with an ankle injury. Without Getz, the Falcons rushing game will take a hit. If Getz is out, then Jon Lee will get the nod, and head coach Troy Calhoun his high on Lee being productive. Being as productive as Getz is another issue.
What Air Force really needs to focus on is trying to stop Nevada running back Stefphon Jefferson and quarterback Cody Fajardo. Those two are the key for Nevada to getting the win, if they play well then this game could be a blowout. The Air Force defense has not been all that spectacular this year. Just look back at last weeks game where they allowed New Mexico's Kasey Carrier to rush for 338 yards on the ground.
