August means fall camp is upon us. Every team should be practicing as of today. And many have started earlier, as they will be playing games in Week 0 (thanks Hawaii for football a week earlier). With the focus on fall camp, this week’s question is a question: what is the biggest question for each team entering fall camp?
Below is a quick list of questions for every team but there are many more questions to be asked. Read these and pose your own in the comments section.
Air Force: Can they replace the bulk of their offensive production from 2020 without missing a beat?
Boise State: Who wins the QB competition and will they fit into the new offensive scheme?
Colorado State: Can the next wave of talent step in to replace the old core in a changing of the guard?
Fresno State: How will the transfers and new recruits fit into the current talented core?
Hawaii: Will they remain as inconsistent as they were last season or can they take a step forward into consistency?
Nevada: Will the defense be able to keep up with the offense and not spoil their chance at a big run this season?
New Mexico: Can the Lobos build on last season and remain competitive each week?
San Diego State: What is their offensive identity and is it enough for a conference championship run?
San Jose State: Will they be able to develop the next wave of wide receivers to continue their high-powered offense?
UNLV: WIll the Rebels show signs and life and be competitive?
Utah State: How will a roster with players from three different coaching staffs gel together to prepare for the season?
Wyoming: Will the change in offensive coordinator and scheme lead to a passing attack that has to keep defenses honest?
