Boise State has been a DBU at different times over the past decade or two. With Avery Williams off to the NFL and Jalen Walker moving on as well, the Bronco cornerback room is suddenly in need of players to step up. Markel Reed is seen as the prime replacement, having seen a high number of reps so far in his first two seasons. Can he become the next lock-down DB?
Top recruits leaving Colorado.
This article is interesting, saying Colorado and Colorado State are letting the top high school football recruits leaving the state with sometimes just a token offer. Recruits are taking notice too, which doesn’t bode well long-term. Part of the reason is there is such a low number of scholarships available currently due to the pandemic.
