It’s another week of the MWC Recruiting Roundup.
Recruiting for the class of 2022 is in full force in Mountain West, as new offers are coming out in droves each and every week. With some states playing their football season this spring, coaches can see athletes play and hand out offers accordingly.
Teams continued to be active, with 10 of 12 teams handing out new offers. Colorado State gave out 12 all by themselves, while Air Force added another 11. There was also one new commit in the conference, with New Mexico getting on the board. Due to this, the Lobos are on the banner this week.

Recruiting Calendar:
The dead period is still alive. But based on what the NCAA is allowing, it seems more like a contact period to some degree, as coaches can have unlimited calls and video meetings during this time.
It has now been extended through the end of May. However, there is talk about opening things up in June.

Since the Air Force Academy regularly has around 100 commits in each class, it’s kind of fun to track them over the course of the year.
