MWC Recruiting Roundup 3-22-21

The latest news and offers around the Mountain West

NCAA Football: Frisco Bowl-Utah State vs Kent State Tim Heitman-USA TODAY Sports

It’s another week of the MWC Recruiting Roundup.

Recruiting for the class of 2022 is in full force in Mountain West, as new offers are coming out in droves each and every week. This week, 9 of 12 teams got involved in the action with offers.

A number of teams were active on the offer front this week. Nevada led the way with 10 new offers handed out. However, Utah State had the biggest week, landing their first two commits in the 2022 class, which puts them on the cover photo for the third time week.

Class of 2021 Cover Photo Total:

  • Utah State: 3
  • Air Force: 1
  • Fresno State: 1

Recruiting Calendar:

The dead period is still alive. But based on what the NCAA is allowing, it seems more like a contact period to some degree, as coaches can have unlimited calls and video meetings during this time.

Air Force Commitment Tracker:

Since the Air Force Academy regularly has around 100 commits in each class, it’s kind of fun to track them over the course of the year.

Number of Falcon verbal commits: 1
