It’s another week of the MWC Recruiting Roundup.

Although teams have now gone full speed ahead with the class of 2022 (as can be seen by the multitude of offers below), and 11 of 12 teams got involved in the action, but we are taking the month to fully examine the class of 2021. Today is the last day of our 2021 coverage, with the debut of the all-MWC sleeper team in the 2021 class.

We will also be wrapping up our cover photo at the end of this month. This week’s photo goes to the team with the most showings on our best position unit list in the 2021 class. Air Force wins the cover photo total for the 2021 class. Normally we would wait until next week to start 2022, but normally MWC teams don’t start getting commits this early. Fresno State’s start with 2022 has been too good to ignore, so they take the banner this week.

Recruiting Calendar:

The dead period is still alive. But based on what the NCAA is allowing, it seems more like a contact period to some degree, as coaches can have unlimited calls and video meetings during this time.

Air Force Commitment Tracker:

Since the Air Force Academy regularly has around 100 commits in each class, it’s kind of fun to track them over the course of the year.

Number of Falcon verbal commits: 0

All-MWC Sleeper Team in the 2021 Class.

This is a new recruiting team being rolled out this year and it is easily the most subjective of all the teams we do here. This team was compiled of players with lower ratings on 247 who may have not been seen as the headliners in this class, but they showed up on their highlight film while we were analyzing them. It goes without saying that there are many other “sleepers” across the conference, but these are the ones we are keeping an eye on anyway.
