Basketball is in full swing and MW action is heating up. Multiple teams at the top of the conference have their eyes set on the NCAA tournament as conference play presses on. We also have some transfer news out of Southern California.
Week 10 AP poll
We are close to another ranked MW team. Boise State is in what would be the 26th spot with 108 votes. The top half of the MW is going to have multiple teams with shots at bids with Boise State currently leading the way.
UNLV upsets Utah State
UNLV tops Utah State on Monday 59-56 after a wild finish on a rough shooting night for both teams. Utah State trailed by 10 late in the game but rallied to get within 1 with 7 seconds left. UNLV held on to give the themselves a huge upset win over the tournament hopeful Aggies. Utah State will have little room for error going forward if they want to keep their chances for an at-large bid alive.
