San Jose State WBB ends their season.
It is worst case scenario for the Spartans; their season is over. The entire team is opting out of the remainder of the season due to health and safety concerns regarding Covid. The SJSU team has not been able to get healthy, only playing in six total games this season, or less than half of the games they were originally scheduled to play.
Top G5 Teams for next year.
Early rankings can never be too early. The Athletic has 3 MWC teams in the top 10, but none in the top 5. SJSU is #6, Boise State #7, and Nevada #8. He cites their returning production and coaches are reasons to be high on all of these teams.
