Harsin: Decision to cancel 2020 season disappointing, but the right call
Monday’s heartbreaking decision has begun to settle in for players, coaches, fans, hell everyone related to Mountain West athletics. Boise State football head coach Bryan Harsin was understandably disappointed with the decision to “postpone” football, but wasn’t at odds with the ruling. NCAA is college sports’ biggest problem
Wyoming football beat writer Michael Katz expresses the frustrations many of us have about college football in this column about the NCAA. Wyoming ‘might explore it,’ but don’t expect Cowboys to play football independently, athletic director says
Could Wyoming still schedule a game or two this fall? Air Force has also kicked around the idea, but Wyoming athletic director Tom Burman has warned against expecting it. This all sucks. I wish I had better news to share in this post, but it’s going to be rainy at the Mountaintop for a few months.

Recruiting has taken off for UNLV football under Marcus Arroyo and his new staff, but like so many across the Group of 5 scene, tough times are ahead with no football this fall. Read above for more details.
