A look at WRU
Justin Michael, one of the stronger voices in Colorado State athletics, dives deep into Colorado State’s history at developing productive and NFL bound wide receivers. From Higgins to Gallup to Johnson and now Warren Jackson and Dante Wright, the position has been stocked. Their history can even go back further for you long-time fans.
Strong efforts to save cut sports.
Last Friday we included the sad announcement made by Boise State about the discontinuation of their baseball team as well as swimming and diving program. Since then, the community has been active on social media pledging their support and money to save the programs. The athletic department is doubtful, questioning the sustainability of the public supported programs. But this story doesn’t seem over yet.
Rebels going to Maui
Sources: The 2020 Maui Invitational is proceeding to be held as scheduled in Hawaii. Contingency plans are being discussed if circumstances arise due to coronavirus.

The Big Ten is expected to announce today that it will go with a conference-only football schedule for this fall, a person with direct knowledge situation tells @TheAthleticCFB.
