NCAA extends recruiting dead period.

Should the early signing period be cancelled this year?

With the news of the dead period being pushed back yet again, this time to the end of August. And even then there is not much optimism that it won’t be pushed back again. With so much uncertainty, this article is suggesting the early signing period should not take place this December. With recruits not getting to visit schools, it would be rushed if they felt like they had to make a decision that soon.

Will conferences push games back?

Three power 5 conferences are considering pushing back their championship games to allow for makeup dates in the event games need to be cancelled. If the PAC12, Big12, and Big10 are considering it, it likely won’t be long before most or all of the other conferences follow suit.

School testing updates. Good news...
