It’s FINALLY Friday. The news and updates keep going though, so take a look at what we have for you today.

Group of 5 Teams: Talents vs Results.

MBB & WBB resuming activities.

Things continue to open up and this time it’s summer basketball activities.

Rainbow Warrior HOF Finalist.

Former Hawaii kicker and three time pro bowl selection Jason Elam has been announced for the Hall of Fame ballot. Elam is Hawaii’s all-time scoring leader (395) and still holds man school records, including: most field goals (79), field-goal attempts (100), and longest field goal (56).

Best NFL Starting Lineup, G5 players only.

It’s definitely summer with no sports. ESPN decided to make a list of the best NFL players at their respective positions who played at college programs from G5 conferences. The MWC has three names. They are WR Davante Adams of Fresno State, EDGE DeMarcus Lawrence from Boise State, and FLEX Shaquil Barrett from Colorado State.

CFB Returning Receiving Yards Leaders.

The MWC has three players in the top 10, which is impressive! SJSU’s Tre Walker is 7th, Hawaii’s Jared Smart is 8th, and CSU’s Warren Jackson is 9th. There is some WR talent in the conference this year.
