Jordan Love was the talk of the football world this off-season. The Aggies old coaching staff led by Matt Wells did what every Group of 5 program dreams of: unearthing a gem at QB. That said, it’s college football and the cycle doesn’t stop. Now the Aggies have to replace Love. Henry Colombi is the likely starter, read above to learn about the next Aggie quarterback.
An interesting topic during a slow news period (era?), it’s oddly true that despite all of Boise State’s successes on the gridiron, it hasn’t produced an NFL Draft worthy quarterback. That isn’t to say Boise State hasn’t had any good quarterbacks. Kellen Moore, Brett Rypien, even Grant Hedrick has one more major bowl ring than the entire rest of the Mountain West has. What is to be made of this? Probably nothing more than it being odd and we’re all bored.
