AD’s vote to change basketball schedule
MW athletic directors voted 7-4 to change the conference basketball schedule to 20 games. The change will begin in two years for both men’s and women’s basketball. Sources say the teams to vote against the measure were UNLV, Nevada, SDSU and Air Force. Some of these schools site scheduling flexibility as a problem with expanding to a 20 game conference schedule.
Could SDSU play football outside of San Diego in 2021?
After running into trouble acquiring the Mission Valley land from the city of San Diego, Athletic Director, John David Wicker says playing games outside of San Diego is a possibility for the Aztecs.
UNLV future schedule update
Here’s @unlvfootball’s 2020 schedule at Allegiant Stadium. If UNLV can reschedule their Oct. 24 game vs. Colorado State to Oct. 23, the Raiders will allow Sept. 12 game vs. Arizona State to be played at Allegiant Stadium instead of Sam Boyd. #vegas #raiders #stadium #unlvfb pic.twitter.com/9FFSUZBhCI
