Nevada signee Je’Lani Clark was named to the Cal-Hi Sports All-State second team, it was announced Monday.

This has not been the first award Clark has won thsi year. Clark was dubbed the San Francisco Regional Player of the Year by the San Francisco Chronicle earlier this month. He was also the West Catholic Athletic League’s co-Player of the Year and was named to the San Francisco Chronicle’s All-Metro team.

The 6-foot-3 guard averaged 15.8 points, five rebounds, three assists and 1.7 steals for Archbishop Riordan High School.

Clark led the Crusaders to a 23-5 record and a share of the WCAL championship — the first title since 2007 for any Crusaders team. Archbishop Riordan, the top seed in Northern California Division 1 tournament, had to withdraw from the tournament due to the outbreak of COVID-19 after earning two wins over No. 16 Modesto Christian and No. 9 Vanden.

The four-year starter scored 36 points and grabbed eight rebounds in a win over Sacred Heart Cathedral that earned Archbishop Riordan High School a share of the WCAL title.

Clark signed with Nevada over Hampton and San Francisco according to 247sports.com.
