Happy Tuesday, again. We are inching closer to the MW basketball tournament. As always we have a new AP poll and player of the week as well as some noteworthy NFL mock drafts. Enjoy!
Week 17 AP poll
After suffering their first loss of the season, San Diego State didn’t take too much of a tumble in the rankings, they are still ranked in the top 5 at number 5. SDSU is also still considered a 1 seed in Joe Lunardi’s most recent bracketology. Utah State is still receiving votes as they got 9 this week. The Aggies are also considered an at large team by Lunardi as he currently has them slated as an 11 seed.
Mock draft high on Jordan Love
an NFL.com mock draft has ranked Jordan Love as the 18th best prospect in the draft. The article sites Love’s ideal size and strength as reasons why he will succeed at the pro level but also notes that he comes with considerable risk, however, the upside could be huge.
