Each week after the NFL has completed its slate of games (starting with Thursday night football and ending after Monday night football) this series will take a look at news and statistics surrounding former Utah State Aggies players.
Green Bay Packers
Jordan Love has not seen the field yet.
Tyler Larsen saw five snaps on special teams in a 32-27 loss to Denver. Larsen last saw offensive snaps in week 10, where he saw four snaps on offense against Tampa Bay.
Bobby Wagner had six tackles (five solo, one assist) in a 40-3 blowout win over the Jets. Wagner also had a fumble recovery, his first of the season and the tenth of his career.
Patrick Scales saw 11 snaps on special teams, the most he has seen since week nine, in a 36-7 win over Houston.
Los Angeles Chargers
Nick Vigil posted four solo tackles and a tackle for loss in a 20-17 win over the Falcons. He also saw 13 snaps (62%) in the win.
Kansas City Chiefs
Darwin Thompson has not seen any carries since November 1st where he saw four carries for three yards. He did however see 10 snaps (30%) on special teams.
Las Vegas Raiders
Nevin Lawson had five tackles (three assist, two solo) on 100% of snaps and saw 11 snaps on special teams (38%).
New York Giants
Kyler Fackrell did not appear as he has been placed on the injury reserves list. Fackrell will miss the last three games with a calf injury.
Game Ball #1
Bobby Wagner gets the first game ball as he had the most number of tackles among former Aggie players and also had a fumble recovery.
Game Ball #2
Nevin Lawson had the second most tackles with five tackles and saw a major increase in playing time.
Game Ball #3
Nick Vigil had five tackles and a tackle for loss and only saw 37% of defensive snaps. This is a good number considering the limited playing time and played an important factor in a three point win.
