Lobo Football Schedule Update

The New Mexico Lobos finally have an updated schedule for the 2020 football season. The Lobos will have an eight-game regular season beginning on October 24th. There are no bye weeks scheduled during this abbreviated schedule, with the season expected to wrap up on December 12th. The Mountain West Conference Championship Game will be held on December 19th.

As of now, no game times or network coverage information has been made available. The schedule is as follows below:

October 24th: @ Colorado State

October 31st: San Jose State

November 7th: @ Hawaii

November 14th: Nevada

November 21st: @ Air Force

November 28th: @ Utah State

December 5th: Wyoming

December 12th: Fresno State

Any games that need to be canceled due to COVID-19 will not be made up as part of this shortened season.

New Mexico began work in small groups last Friday and are looking to get approval from the governor’s office to begin full practice soon as the first contest is just three weeks away.
