Hope you are ready for the start of another week. Ease into Monday with some Mountain West reading.
Five possibilities for Boise State.
Apparently it isn’t Mountaintop View these days without a link on “the situation”. The Banner Society overlords wrote about how this could trigger five different realignment possibilities in the coming years. Some of them probably aren’t realistic but it’s fun to speculate about some things.
Dutcher in line for a payday.
Coaching a team that is the last undefeated team in the country and sits at #4 in the rankings means you are set to earn a big payday. Brian Dutcher, head coach of the San Diego State men’s basketball team, is the second highest paid basketball coach in the Mountain West, and when factoring in bonuses, many other coaches are right behind him. SDSU knows they will have to up the ante to keep him there or fear him being lured away by a team willing to pay.
Jordan Love helps North team to a Senior Bowl win.
Former Utah State QB Jordan Love started the bowl for the North team and played the first and fourth quarters of the game. He played a total of 27 offensive snaps and tallied 33 combined rushing and passing yards.
Falcons boast an impressive OL duo.
