Happy Tuesday, folks. We have a new set of links, As always we have the newest AP poll as well as a look at Boise State’s historic comeback and a new player of the week.

Week 12 AP poll

It is a historic week for San Diego State, they have tied the school record for highest AP ranking at #4, matching the 2011 Kawhi Leonard team. San Diego State is also one spot short of the MW record for highest ranked team, a record owned by the 2011 BYU Cougars led by Jimmer Fredette that reached as high as #3. SDSU is the only team receiving votes.

Boise State’s crazy comeback

Boise State overcame an 18 point deficit in the final 4:10 of the game to knock off Utah State on Saturday. Boise State had only a 0.2% win probability according to KenPom. Boise State’s ridiculous comeback was a costly blow to USU’s NCAA tournament hopes, a team already on thin ice. The Aggies now have 6 losses and most metrics have them as a long shot to acquire an at large bid after being picked to win the conference before the season started.
