They showed who was the better team when they went on a 17-2 run in the second half. Their defense completely shut down the Wolf Pack, holding them to 28% shooting for the game and under 15% in the second half. The Aztecs are a special team this year.

The latest twist in this saga at New Mexico. Now Caldwell is reinstated by the school. but has not yet had his ban lifted by the athletic department. It’s quite possible the emergency ban was lifted with the previous reports that Caldwell hired a lawyer to get involved in this situation for violating Caldwell’s due process. Stay tuned.
