MWC Recruiting Roundup 5-20-19

Recruiting isn’t showing any signs of slowing down here in the thick of the spring eval period. Once again all 12 teams were involved in giving out new offers. How many offers you ask? A LOT! 149 by the time of this writing to be exact. Once again, Colorado State led the way. They notched 55 (or around one-third) of those offers all by themselves. There was another commit this week, this one by UNLV. But it wasn’t enough to keep the Rams from claiming the banner once again.

“It really surprised me how nice it was, from the campus, to the scenery around, and facilities, it really caught my eye and I really did not expect that. I had really good conversations with Coach Norvell quite a bit and Coach Mumme as well and both told me that they loved how I play and that I could do really special things there at Nevada. I feel I have great instincts for the game as well as being very fundamentally sound and being a leader. I feel really good about my game now, but I want to continue to get better everyday and be the best to do it.”
