What do search firms do?
You hear it all the time for coaching hires, teams hire search firms. It’s one of the best gigs to get if you can. But what do they really do? He also adds a few interesting names in here, but as has been reported, alumni Tony Alford figures to be the top candidate and there should be mutual interest as he interviewed back in 2014.
