MWC Week Thirteen Games & Game of the Week Prediction

Everyone is in action this week.

Game of the Week Prediction - Boise State at Utah State

A really tough call for me.

I think San Diego State/Hawaii will be a really good game, and it will decide the West Division champ. That Hawaii is favored tells you two things: (1) how good the Rainbow Warriors have been at home and (2) how little faith the odds-makers have in San Diego State still after their loss to Nevada a couple of weeks ago.

That said, Boise State/Utah State will decide the Mountain Division with a Boise State victory. Additionally, Boise State still has hopes alive for the NY6 bowl bid from the Group of 5. If Utah State wins, that pretty much disappears for Boise State and the rest of the MWC. I’m not sure if Utah State will be able to upset Boise State (especially with the injury status of Jordan Love). Still, this game has the potential to be the bigger game of the two in what is a big weekend for the conference championship game race.
