Week six of the college football season is behind us and the Mountain West will showcase some key conference games in week seven. The AP and Coaches Polls were both released Sunday morning and the conference continues to get more love from the coaches than the media.
Boise State moved up one spot in the Coaches Poll after Iowa loss and is now coming in at #14. The Broncos are also at #14 in the AP Poll, where they moved up two spots after losses by Washington and Iowa. BSU has three AAC teams breathing down their neck with SMU (#21), Memphis (#23), and Cincinnati (#25) all moving up in the rankings.
The new @AP_Top25 is out!#BoiseState (5-0, 2-0) climbs to No. 14 in the country! It’s the highest they’ve been ranked since Oct. 2016.
