Report: Nevada football finalizes game at Arkansas in 2020
Apparently the Razorbacks didn’t learn their lesson about scheduling Mountain West foes. The Nevada Wolf Pack will travel to SEC country in on September 5th, 2020. This replaces the Kent State game for the Razorbacks. This is probably the not the sport Pack fans were hoping to play Arkansas in, if you catch my drift, but it’s an SEC foe nonetheless.
The heroic sacrifice that makes Hawaii week special for one Boise State staffer (Subscription Required)
A subscription to The Athletic is required to read this article, but it was too good to not include here. Read up on Boise State graduate assistant Cody VonAppen’s story about Shannon Smith, the former Hawaii player that saved his life.
Next up for Wyoming’s offense? The nation’s No. 1 run defense
Insert unstoppable force vs. immovable object cliché. Wyoming’s vaunted rushing attack will be on the road this weekend at San Diego State after the week off The Pokes are really, really good on the ground. San Diego State is great at stopping the run. What gives?
Air Force quarterback Mike Schmidt moves up to No. 2 spot and is ready if called upon
It has been a rough few weeks for Air Force football. Losses to Boise State and Navy with Fresno State and Hawaii on the horizon have put the Falcons in a tough spot. One of the positions experiencing issues is quarterback, where starter Donald Hammond III is not 100% and backup Isaiah Sanders is out injured. Backup Mike Schmidt is next in line should things go wrong with Hammond.
Secretive Mike Bobo

Malik Henry doesn’t want to talk
Malik Henry was scheduled to speak to the media today. "I'm not talking," he said as he blew past reporters post-practice. The Pack has put its offense in the hands of a high-risk, high-reward option. Will it work out?
