Another day, but one day closer to the actual football news.
Normal peak off-season content, but hey, we are just about done with this. As far as the Mountain West goes, Hawaii gets the top spot for bringing back the Rainbow part of Rainbow Warriors. Lobos and Aztecs also get rated highly and I personally think Wolf Pack should be 4th, but patriotism wins out. More common names such as Broncos, Cowboys, and Bulldogs are found near the bottom.
Some of this is general enough where you can plug in your own team, or at least think about how it impacts your team. If you’re a fan of Boise State, make sure you are following this series BJ has put together, as it will get you ready for fall camp.
This is another fun countdown series, but this one focuses on the Rams. They look at some of the best all-time to wear certain numbers. This post focuses on Eddie Hanna and Wilbur White, both of whom wore the #21 jersey. Apparently this is day 7 of the series and I’m just seeing it.
First Beau English was a Falcon. Then he decided he didn’t want to be a Falcon, instead opting to go to Virginia. That never became official, but now he wants to stay at Air Force. Been an interesting off-season for the quarterback, and his climb up the depth chart figures to be even tougher. We will see.
More changes in recruiting coming?
Another proposal from the working group to the Commission:— Jeff Goodman (@GoodmanHoops) July 6, 2018
Official visits will be moved up five months earlier to Aug. 1 of junior year in high school.
UNOFFICIAL visits would be allowed on Aug. 1 of sophomore year instead of current rule — in which there is NO restriction.
