Wyoming hoping to find passing game

Despite a productive running game powered by Nico Evans, Wyoming's offense ranks nearly last in the country in points and yards. Freshman quarterback Tyler Vander Waal has played the role of game manager with only two interceptions, but he's thrown for just 889 yards and 3 touchdowns. Coach Craig Bohl insists that Vander Waal will remain the starting quarterback, but he's adamant that they must find more production in the passing game.

Quotes from Nevada's weekly press conference

Coach Jay Norvell, SS Asauni Rufus, and RB Kelton Moore answered questions prior to their game against Boise State. Topics covered include preparing for big games, regrouping after last week's devastating loss, leadership, and the team's strong commitment.

Boise State duo out for season

Boise State lost 2 leaders on its defense as it was announced that David Moa and DeAndre Pierce are out for the remainder of the season. Pierce led the team in tackles through its first 4 games while Moa missed 4 of the 5 games due to injury.

San Diego State's Darren Hall chasing success

Hall, who wears the same number as his inspiration Damone Kazee, has been named the Mountain West Defensive Player of the Week the past two weeks. Hall admits he's chasing Kazee's school record of 17 career interceptions, but he knows there's still a lot of work to be done to achieve Kazee's level of success.
