Colorado State has received a verbal commitment from three-start defensive back Quinn Brinnon out of Bishop O'Dowd High School in Oakland, California.
Brinnon, a five-foot-eleven defensive back had received offers from most Mountain West schools, including Boise State and Nevada, but his top three consisted of CSU, Fresno State, and Wyoming.
Adding Brinnon on top of Nick Martin-Morman and Davonta Wilson (also defensive back commits of Colorado State) gives the Rams even more depth and talent at a position CSU needs to improve on.
Brinnon said he wanted to find a school that he thought would help him grow as a player and as a person. “When I went into the process, my number one objective was to find a program that felt like a family and then develop me as a player while also offering me an academic environment I can be successful in...”
Quinn added that every school he visited brought something positive to the table but in the end there was really only one option for him. “...when I sat down and really evaluated where it felt most like a brotherhood, I was left with only one option”
