During all the Signing Day excitement and all the other previews, there were some visit and commitment interviews from a week or two ago that haven’t gotten posted yet. So here they are. Enjoy!
Visit Recap:
DB Andrew Jenkins (visited SJSU)
“The staff was amazing! They are family oriented and it made me feel at home! Coaches also have a lot of energy! That program is on the rise for sure. We talked about the future of the program and how they are changing the culture. As for what’s next, I might take a visit to Sac St or UC Davis if they offer me, maybe even Azusa Pacific, I’m just trying to see what comes my way.”
Commitment Spotlight:
OL Moses Landis (Nevada)
“The union is gonna be a great thing for me the competition is amazing and the overall feel of campus was great it is also close to home so I can see my family more often. I'd say we have a good relationship they remind me of my staff back at arc and that is also a factor. They want me to come in and compete for a job and that's what I will do I did it at a high ranked Jc as a freshman so nothing new to me.”
DB Tyric LeBeauf (Boise State)
"That program definitely fits me best and they showed the most love. I have a great relationship with them, they are all some great men. they want me to come in and play CB. They really like my length and ball skills there."
JUCO DB Nehemiah Sheldon (SJSU)
“I’ve seen the benefits that San Jose State had after football that other schools couldn’t provide. Their “Beyond Football Program“ was really the icing on the cake for me. It’s a program where San José State football players can possibly get internships with Fortune 500 companies like Google, Facebook, Cisco, etc. and it will set me up for my future out side of football.”
