Mountain West has a handful of games in the books and we still not very little about this league.

NCAA Basketball: Colorado State at Boise State Brian Losness-USA TODAY Sports

Jeremy and Eli are back to talk the latest on Mountain West basketball as most teams have played three league games. As of now, Boise State seems to be the best team in the league as they are 3-0 in conference play but they have a big showdown vs. San Diego State on Saturday. Nevada is right there as they beat the Aztecs in Reno earlier this week and they now travel to The Pit to take on a New Mexico team that could be a wild card if they can find a third consistent scorer.

We discuss the three Colorado State basketball players who will not be eligible for the second semester due to academics. It is really hard to not get a passing grade to remain eligible in college athletics, and even harder to do so in a revenue generating sport.

Also, the bottom three teams this week are considered to be Air Force, UNLV and San Jose State (in no particular order.)
