The Pac-12 released their early season TV schedule and kick times and that also included quite a few of Mountain West games as well.
The Pac-12 schedule announced six games, but we also noted the game between Cal and Hawaii which will be televised but not sure exactly where.
The first game that stands is out is that Colorado State vs. Colorado is on ESPN and is possibly the marquee game on that Friday night. There is Stanford vs. Kansas State on FS1, but most people click over to the World Wide Leader as default so this is a chance for the Rams to, hopefully, make a good impression.
Most of the other games are being pushed to the Pac-12 network with Utah Stat at USC, and that is a huge drop in coverage from when the two played in 2013 when the game was on ABC.
The most important matchup against the Pac-12 is the Cal at San Diego State game which is on CBS Sports Network and it is a late nigh game but one that should give the Aztecs some credibility nationally if they get the win at home.
Friday, Aug. 26 (All times Eastern)
California vs. Hawaii (Sydney, Australia) – 10pm, TV (FS1,P12 or ESPN)
Friday, Sept. 2
Colorado State vs. Colorado (Denver) – 8pm, ESPN
Saturday, Sept. 10
Utah State at USC – 2pm, Pac-12N
UNLV at UCLA – 8pm, Pac-12N
California at San Diego State – 10:30pm, CBSSN
Saturday, Sept. 17
Utah at San Jose State – 10:30pm, CBSSN
Hawai’i at Arizona – 10:45pm, Pac-12N
It shows the state of the conference that most of these games are on the Pac-12 Network which not many people are able to get. Also, what we do not know if these games will be on one of the regional networks that the Pac-12 operates.
