The Nevada Wolf Pack officially added another member to its 2016 football recruiting class as Daniel Brown is now a member of the  Wolf Pack football team.

Brown is a 6-0 180 lbs three-star cornerback from Narbonne High School in Harbor City, California. His team while at Narbonne is fellow Nevada Wolf Pack commit linebacker Lawson Hall. Nevada was the first school to offer Brown a scholarship and while he did receive offers from UNLV, Hawaii, and Fresno State, Brown verbally committed to the Wolf Pack in August of 2015. Brown is a highly regarded cornerback who was ranked in the top 20 of cornerback recruits in the West and his speed (he runs a 40 time in 4.65 seconds) will get him some playing time next year with Nevada. Here are some highlights of Brown in his senior year at Narbonne High School.

As a junior, Brown had 36 tackles, 21 pass breakups and three interceptions and his senior year numbers were better as he recorded 65 tackles, 38 pass deflections and four interceptions. Brown commitment to Nevada along with fellow defensive backs Daquirae Irby and Kevin Howell mean that the Wolf Pack will boast a young but talented secondary to go along with returning defensive back Dameon Baber. These additions mean the Wolf Pack look to have a top defensive backfield for several years to come in the Mountain West.
