Tre Webb is a one of the more underrated recruits at defensive back. He only holds two offers from San Jose State and Idaho, but he was hearing from plenty of other schools. At the Sound Mind Sound Body camp in Michigan, Webb was one of the more impressive defensive backs.
At the camp,he opened up to Scout about his recruiting process:
"Things are definitely picking up for me," Webb stated. "I'm hearing from San Jose State, Nevada, San Diego State, Illinois, Eastern Michigan and Utah."
At the time of the SMSB camp, Webb had not received an offer from the Spartans just yet. He was still thinking very highly of the San Jose State program, though.
"I feel real good about San Jose State, and I did really well at their camp recently," he added. "I'm really hoping for that offer, and they told my mother I should expect it by the 16th of this month. I'm definitely interested in the school, and I love their coaching staff. They are like a family to me."
