Fresno State senior forward Cullen Russo is 18th in the MWC Connection Top 25 Countdown.
Russo is a high-energy athlete who has no shortage of flair - one of the best turnover forcers in the country (22nd nationally in steal percentage last season) and plays above the rim, displayed most notably by his powerful tip jam in the Mountain West championship last season.
The defending champion Fresno State Bulldogs must find a way to weather the storm this season without Marvelle Harris, and Russo might be the player to help fill his void. Russo could have a very nice senior season in store for Rodney Terry and the Bulldogs.
