Jeremy and Matt return to preview Week 8 which starts Thursday and Friday before a slate of games throughout Saturday. The two non-conference games feature Boise State hosting BYU and New Mexico hosting Louisiana-Monroe.

Before we get to the games we spend a few minutes on the Big 12 and their decision to not expand after months of teasing everyone about looking at two to four teams to add to their conference.

The big conference game of the week is Colorado State vs. UNLV which could determine who makes a bowl game or not as both teams are 3-4. Wyoming vs. Nevada is another big matchup because a Cowboys win means that they are at five wins and one win away from the never-ending use of Bohl-ing puns.

Also, a note on the New Mexico QB situation, looks like Lamar Jordan is not likely to play and Austin Apodaca is to get the start. However, this should not change the outcome we predict against Louisiana-Monroe.
