Colorado State Senior guard Gian Clavel got involved in an incident this summer, which ended up being witnessed by some Colorado State University Police Officers. The incident involved a female student, and the result ended up with Clavel being arrested. He was charged with harassment, and false imprisonment. Both of the charges are domestic violence charges, and he was immediately given an indefinite suspension by Larry Eustachy. He was charged on July 16th, but no further details were given of the incident.

Clavel was reinstated back on the team when the charges against him were dropped earlier this week. This is good news for the Rams because Clavel will be a key piece on a team that will be need some big holes to fill after graduations of JJ Avila, Stanton Kidd and Daniel Bejarano. He is the leading returning scorer from last season averaging 9.2 points, 3.7 rebounds, and 1.2 assists.
