The Morning Hike, June 15

Bring your football, we're going to find an open field and play on the hike this morning as we hit the halfway point in previewing the football teams for the upcoming season.

Lance Iversen-USA TODAY Sports

We previewed Nevada's upcoming season last night. Just maybe the Wolf Pack can win the West division.

Navy is joining the American Conference but before they do here are their top-10 moments over the past decade, and with plenty of Mountain West mentions. Remember the crazy finish between San Jose State and the Middies from 2013?

A few more recruits chose Mountain West schools with Colorado State landing a JUCO tight end and Wyoming landing a quarterback from Oklahoma and likely due to their recent satellite camp.

UNLV still has one scholarship left for their 2015-16 class and a few options. One of those options is Florida transfer Eli Carter.

Nearly 500 votes later, we have the top 16 football teams in Mountain West Conference history.
