Hawaii Football Recruiting: Warriors sign JUCO ATH Paul Harris

Paul Harris, an Athlete from Ventura College in Ventura, California, has signed his National Letter Intent to play for the Hawaii Warriors in 2015.

One of the late adds to the 2015 Recruiting Class, Paul Harris comes to Hawaii off the heels of one of his best seasons at the JUCO level. Harris was named an All-American at Kick Returner by the JC Athletic Bureau and the California Community College Football Coaches Association. He average 35.1 yards off of 20 kick returns, returning three for touchdowns. He also rushed for 548 yard on 59 carries with four more scores, and caught 12 passes for 113 yards and another trip to the end zone.

Harris has good hands out of the backfield as an All-Purpose Back, with great speed upfield that will be ideal for Norm Chow and the Warriors offense in 2015. With his skill set, it could be interesting to see him work as a Slot Receiver in replacement of former All-American Scott Harding.
