Nevada football recruiting: Dominic Christian signs with Wolf Pack

Nevada grabs an athletic receiver out of Illinois!

Stephen R. Sylvanie-USA TODAY Sports

Dominic Christian, a wide receiver out of Chicago, has signed his national letter of intent to play football for the Nevada Wolf Pack.

Name: Dominic Christian

Height: 6-foot-1

Weight: 170 pounds

School: Hales Franciscan (Chicago, IL)

Held offers from: Ball St, Central Michigan, Colgate, Eastern Michigan, Fordham, Illinois St, Iowa, Toledo

Christian is a versatile athlete who could play about three or four positions at the next level. He’s a joy to watch in the open field, where he’ll avoid tackles with a variety of moves that give the appearance of someone spamming the juke stick in Madden. Most signs point to him landing at wide receiver, where his plus hands and leaping ability will serve him well, but there is some potential at cornerback, as well.

Christian drew a three-star ranking from Rivals and 247sports while Scout gave him a two-star mark. ESPN has him unranked.

Christian is also a hell of a basketball player, and I wouldn’t rule out him being a two-sport athlete at Nevada.
