Week 6 college football rankings: Boise State is back in top 25

After a 55-0 blowout win over Hawaii, Boise State is back in the coaches poll at the 24th spot.

Not that these pills have any impact on a New Years Day slot, it is comforting to fans in Boise that the Broncos are the highest rated Group of Five team.

Memphis comes in at 25 and undefeated Houston, Temple and Navy are not even ranked at this time.

Looking way down the road, the American champion should very well pass a one-loss Boise State team for the golden ticket to a big money bowl game. Even a one-loss American champion could earn that coveted spot.
