Nevada, Fresno State learn TV times for SEC opponents

The football season is getting one step closer as conferences are releasing their first few weeks of televised games. The SEC is the latest conference to do so by releasing their first three weeks of games, and it gives another televised game for a pair of Mountain West teams.

Fresno State is playing Mississippi on Sept. 12 and it will be in a nice afternoon game on either ESPN2 or ESPNU with a 3:30 p.m. ET kick. This gives the Bulldogs 10 nationally televised games and likely an 11th with the BYU road game still not yet decided. Odds are that game will be on an ESPN platform.

Nevada is traveling to College Station, Texas, to take on Texas A&M and this is an early 12 p.m. ET kick which is just in time for a nice breakfast on the West coast at 9 a.m. This game is on the SEC Network which most people have, which is good.

Nevada now has six nationally televised game this year and there might be a few more. The game at Buffalo could be on a ESPN Network or even CBS Sports since the MAC now will broadcast a few football games a year. Look for some games to be on ROOT Sports for the other Mountain West games for the Wolf Pack.
