Tim DeRuyter's Texas ties continue to be a boon to the Fresno State Bulldogs, as the program has landed prospects from Houston and Austin in the last week and a half. Yesterday, they added Arlington to the list by securing the verbalcommitment of Clyde McCauley.

McCauley, who attends Bowie High School in the Metroplex area and will line up alongside four-star lineman Madison Akamnonu this fall, becomes the fifth member of the Bulldogs' 2015 class and the second offensive lineman in that group. According to Scout.com, he is a two-star recruit who had a number of offers on the table but decided to make an early commitment to come to the Central Valley.
